Apple Crumble Banana pancakes A quick breakfast with the new Holie’s Protein Apple Crumble! Perfect for a weekday, weekend or when you have too many ripe bananas lying around! recipe below Ingredients: (one person) - 1 banana (± 100 g) - ±50 g @holiesofficial crunchy muesli apple crumble - 1 egg - dash of vanilla (optional) - 1/2 tsp baking powder - pinch of baking soda - pinch of salt - optional: blueberries/chocolate chips/pinch cinnamon garnish - Greek yogurt - fresh fruits - honey - some extra crunchy muesli 1. Add the ripe banana together with the egg, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and crunchy muesli in a blender and blend until smooth (a few small pieces don’t matter) 2. Put in the fridge for ±5-10 minutes (for the best results) 3. Heat a non-stick pan with a knob of butter. Ensure the pan is warm, but keep the heat fairly low as soon as the batter goes in. 4. Spoon 3 dollops of batter into the pan and optionally top with some blueberries/chocolate. Bake for 2-3 minutes or until the bottom turns golden brown. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes. 4. Stack the pancakes and garnish with more yogurt, honey, (peanut butter), fresh fruit and crunchy muesli, Enjoy! Super simple, very tasty! *ad
