FULL DAY OF EATING — ON A CUT 💪🏾 Started my 12 week cut for summer last week, this is my current rotation. You don’t have to cut out your favorite foods or restrict yourself. You don’t have to eat chicken and broccoli for every meal. As long as you are prioritizing whole foods & are within your calorie & macro ranges based on your goals, you have to freedom to eat whatever you like. The key when it comes to dieting is finding meals that you enjoy that you can sustain over long periods.
