Exercise. To this day it is still an under discussed health intervention in some circles, in my opinion. And when it comes to resilience there are few things that will move the needle as much. And it won’t just support physical resilience. Research shows us it will support our emotional and psychological resilience as well. I also see it as foundational to our spiritual resilience. The body is our vessel. Now as always there’s nuance and without context we can’t have a proper discussion about it. But I think it’s safe to say that from a population level perspective, most of us need to do more of it. However we can, and whatever that looks like. Two things that actually really help me are: Following people that inspire me. Listening to music that inspires me. Let’s do this. 💪
