Why I’m Writing When God Met A Feminist It started with a stirring in my spirit—God asking me to write about submission, feminism, faith, and how Christian women should navigate it all. For months, I postponed it. But then I started tweeting what I believed: That salvation restores our dignity. That the Bible, though written in a patriarchal culture, is not a patriarchal book. That God is not pro-male in the way some men have weaponized Him. That Jesus loves women, elevates women, and defends women. And the backlash came. Women insulted me. Called me names. Mocked my faith and my marriage. Said Christian women are beyond help. Dumb. Lost. But instead of shrinking, I found clarity: this book is needed. Not just for Christian women who are torn between faith and feminism, But for the confused, the skeptical, the silenced. For the men who love women but don’t understand how to show it through God’s lens. For those wondering how a God who loves us could let patriarchy reign so long. So this is me—obeying God. This is me—writing. I know the price might be backlash, but I also know the reward is freedom. When God Made Me Feminist is coming. You’ll get a free chapter by March 23rd. Pre-order opens at the end of this month. I’d call for beta readers soon, would you volunteer? This is not just a book. It’s a conversation. A call. A declaration. And you? You should get ready. #WGMAF #WhenGodMetAFeminist
