Following the launch of the next online training course by CCAP, we are delighted to announce the first of our Special Guest Speakers. Dr Katrin Geisler (Research Fellow at the Manchester Institute of Biotechnology, The University of Manchester) will present on the second day of our course during the Molecular Phycology, Bioinformatics, and Synthetic Biology session. Dr Geisler's talk is entitled "Synthetic Biology for Algal Biotechnology". The Culture Collection of Algae and Protozoa course will run each morning on the 21-23rd of April. The cost is 150GBP per attendee, payable by bank transfer or credit card (via PayPal).
