Another successful Bench-A-Thon event in the books ✔️. • The ASF community exceeded the fundraiser goal and our amazing leadership team is giving out an additional 2 scholarships to AISD students. • 2 of my clients who competed hit an all time PR and another broke his competition PR & won 🥇 in his division. I am so proud of their hard work and effort over the last 3 months of prep. • My wonderful wife @desidanide recorded all 4 of my attempts and was my number one supporter today. • Attempt 4 = 360 LBs @ 3010 tempo ✅ Attempt 3 = 360 LBs @ 4010 tempo ❌ Attempt 2 = 355 LBs @ 4010 tempo ✅ Attempt 1 = 350 LBs @ 4010 tempo ✅ • 360 LBs is the most I’ve hit with a solid, controlled tempo. I’m very happy with this number and am looking forward to continuing to make improvements to my bench press. • Today the ASF team and community won the day!
