I keep getting asked to share complete videos from my vaults. I’ve mentioned before, the process of converting them all to digital format is very time consuming. Then there is the issue of sound/film quality due in part by the age of these recordings, but also depending on how they were filmed. Nevertheless, a friend of mine was able to help me clean up the sound on this video so I could share it here. It’s taken from that special cover gig Sinergy played that I’ve talked about in previous posts. We performed 6 hair metal songs, 6 thrash metal songs and 6 Sinergy songs. Alexi sang 4 of the songs that night and this was one of them. It’s no secret that long before they knew each other, Alexi greatly admired and looked up to Roope for his work in the Finnish thrash metal band STONE. This is the full clip from the song ‘Brain Damage’ that the boys in Sinergy performed that evening. Stone was such an incredibly undderated band. One of the best bands from Finland (past or present) if you ask me. But then again, I do love me some old school thrash metal ❤️🇫🇮🤘 There is much more footage where this came from. I’ve found gigs and backstage recordings from all over the world.
