很少遇到又漂亮、又這麼有才華的主持人-Peggy！ 其實從Peggy第一次上百靈果以後，我就有在追蹤她了，2025年創作者協會的尾牙時，本來我還想主動去問她能不能合照，但因為我實在太I了所以作罷。 而這張遲到一年半的合照，今天終於拍到了！ 很開心被Peggy邀請，上她的Podcast聊房地產的議題，起因是因為Peggy自己也在看房子，卻在過程中被仲介弄得很不愉快，後來上網做功課的時候，看到的也都是訴求房價只漲不跌的頻道。 直到看到我的頻道，才讓她得到另一方面的正確觀念，也幫她破解了很多房仲套路，所以才邀請我上節目聊房地產。 重點是！我上過的節目也不算少了，但Peggy設計的訪綱，是我看過最認真、最用心、最了解我的，很多一般網友和媒體都沒注意到的細節，Peggy竟然全部都知道（我原本還以為這份訪綱，是一整個團隊花很多時間調查的），看得出來她真的花很多時間在準備這次的採訪，難怪她現在自媒體可以這麼成功！ 這次訪談，聊了很多我平常在頻道內，以及在其他電視節目不會談到的東西，非常貼近普通消費者的經歷，非常非常有料又深入，敬請期待這一集上片喔！ @mandarinwithpeggy
