This message landed in April 2025. We’d been deep in formulation for almost a year at that point and honestly, there were moments I questioned whether we were being unreasonable. Manufacturers told me to simplify. Use simpler actives. Go with a standard base. Cut costs. Launch faster. I said no. Every single time.
