Not a New Opening. But Still One to Visit in Melbourne. Honestly, this location in the CBD isn’t my favorite, but Chancery Lane more than makes up for it. Champagne & caviar on arrival, then a run of dishes I didn’t want to end. The chicken liver parfait with pineapple on brioche was incredible. The John Dory, so tasty. Those two alone are worth the visit. We also had the sweet corn croquettes with romesco, the Wagyu tartare, the sirloin with a mushroom sauce, pommes frites (OMG)…. and the choux pastry with vanilla custard and espresso. @chancerylanebistro is a genuine yes from me.
