Being named No. 40 on the World’s 101 Best Steak Restaurants list is something we’re incredibly grateful for, and it only happened because of the people who have been part of this journey with us. From all of our teams, to our farm and ranch partners, and to every guest who has chosen to spend their time at our tables… thank you. Spending time in Spain again this year, with the team at @LaiaErretegia, currently ranked No. 3 in the world, was a reminder of the inspiration that we gained in March of 2025 to bring transparency and provenance to American steakhouses. It was also a reminder of how much there is to learn, share, and be inspired by in this amazing steak community. From hosting The Rare Tour together in Miami to continuing that connection abroad, moments like these are what push us forward and keep us striving to be better every day.
