FAST, FUN AND FREE: The Crenshaw Mile team is back at it again tonight with your weekly neighborhood track session at Crenshaw High School as we get ready for the race in just a few week’s time on April 4th. Seems word got out that last week’s session landed a bit different as we explored what it takes to cover the 5,2980 feet from Nipsey Hussle Square to Leimert Park Plaza. This evening we’re gonna continue that convo as together we unlock the ways in which it’s possible for us to run faster and stronger for longer—without trying so hard to, well, run harder. We’re training for speed 100%! But we’re doing it our own way because we know running fast can have us having fun AND feeling free.
