Dari hasil pengetesan tim GridOto.com, efisiensi Toyota Veloz Hybrid bisa mencapai angka konsumsi BBM 35,5 km/l. Angka yang cukup fantastis untuk konsumsi BBM sebuah Low MPV yang dikenal sebagai mobil sejuta umat ini. Tapi tak cukup sampai di situ. Kami melakukan pengetesan ulang dengan metode yang sama, lokasi yang sama, namun dengan kondisi berbeda. Pengetesan ulang dilakukan dengan skema mobil diisi penuh 7 penumpang yang total bobotnya mencapai 465 kg. Ternyata hasil konsumsi BBM Toyota Veloz Hybrid tetap impresif sekalipun diisi muatan penuh.
