Forest Fridays 🌳🪵 Fridays at Cedar Early Years Centre feel a little different; slower, wilder, and full of wonder. Children pull on their wellies and step out into 52 acres of open space, heading for their woodland base camp where imagination takes over. There’s the crunch of leaves, the call of birds overhead, and the excitement of not quite knowing what the day will bring. Tiny discoveries are everywhere; a beetle under a log, a pattern in the bark, a handful of leaves turned into something beautiful and fleeting. The Woodland Trail becomes a living storybook through the seasons, golden autumn paths, frosty winter mornings, spring shoots pushing through the earth, and cool summer shade under the trees.
