For Us Men ❤️ I’d run across a post that @rajeshwor.raaz had made about how he’s pledged to say 3 good things to 3 men he meets daily and I couldn’t help but think of how much of an impact that that could have. I can be vulnerable enough to say that I have needed someone talk to these past couple of days, even months actually even years but haven’t had the courage to ask for that little bit of encouragement or time because I’ve always felt that showing that you are NOT okay can only be taken as an opportunity for other people to take advantage of me or be to perceived as a weak “Man”. But I have seen the repercussions of what that can do to Men and how just because they could not speak up, they chose to stay silent and suffer in their silence. It may not mean much but to whoever manages to read through this, I want you to know that you are not alone. ❤️ #mensmentalhealth
