Last Call To The Bar… Closing Our Doors… Soon. More than twenty years ago we opened The Peak Cafe Bar in SoHo. At that time, SoHo was a neighbourhood most famous for its Chinese ceramic shops and low rise residential walk-ups. Today it is home to the Central - Mid Levels Escalator and some of Hong Kong’s most note worthy restaurants, and tourist attractions. SoHo itself is indeed a ‘Must See’ by visiting guests, and a local favourite of Hong Kongers. In 2020 we converted the Cafe side of The Peak Cafe Bar into Al’s Diner. Both Al’s Diner and The Peak Cafe Bar have been part of the Food and Beverage landscape for well over two decades in Hong Kong. We are so grateful that our customers have stayed loyal to us, particularly during the recent and most challenging years. Our tenancy agreement ends at the end of June, and we have decided not to renew our lease. Therefore, we wanted our guests and friends to know that we will be closing our doors at 11 pm on Sunday the 25th of June 2023, and leaving Shelley Street SoHo. Please feel free to come in for one last round, one last Jell-O shot, one last Gourmet Pizza, or simply for a hug. From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you for so many years of support and fond memories.
