Molten Scoop Cookies Recipe ⤵️ Ingredients 🍪 100 g butter 45 g caster sugar 50 g brown sugar 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla 200 g flour 1 tbsp cornflour 1 pinch salt 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp baking soda chocolate chips as required - In a large bowl beat together the butter and sugars till smooth, pale & fluffy - Add in the egg and vanilla.
