Our Christmas morning 🥹❤️🐈‍⬛ Baguette loved her new blanket but one of the top awaited gifts for us was actually a collaboration 😂 super excited to level up our sleep and recovery game with Ultrahuman Air rings! Can’t believe how much data it can collect and analyse. Because it is on the finger, closer to the blood flow than smart watches, it can not only more accurately track your sleep cycles, HR, HRV, body temperature, recognise activities, but also provide AFib detection, cardio adaptability and predict ovulation. It gives advice, training tips and you can add your partner on the app to share data if you want too! We’re still in calibration period so will show more stats soon but it’s already been really interesting so far, and I can’t wait to learn more!
