THE BURGERS THAT MADE US. The one that made the papers… 😏 #2 - THE CEASE & DESIST 🚨😮💨 Back in the early stack slinging days (circa 2016) we were called ‘The Grind’. Ground, quality, grass-fed beef. Back “off to the grind”. You get the craic. Simple, effective and innocent. Lawyer: “Well… not THAT innocent.” 🤝🏼🥸 BAM. The grinding came to a halt when we received a some fan mail (the legal kind) instructing us to change our beloved name. 🫡 But hey, diamonds are made under pressure. And apparently so are BANGING burgers. Because of that letter… we are the MEAT:STACK you know and drool over today. ❣️ What does your fav food joint do when faced with legal action and nationwide controversy? MAKE A BURGER OUT OF IT. 🤪 Rising like a phoenix from the beef dripping ashes… the CEASE & DESIST was born. And has returned time and time again due to popular demand ever since. ❤️🔥 A cult classic. A MEAT:STACK part of the furniture. A true “oh, that was meant to stop us??” moment. It’s back and it’s staying (unlike our old name) until the 17TH MARCH. We’re not scared of envelopes…. We’re scared of a triple stacks drenched in ancho + black garlic honey going to waste. Come taste what made us great. Just try not to get sued on the way. #CeaseAndDesist #10YearsofMeatStack
