I have always wanted to be as transparent as possible in everything that I do. Especially in things related to physique, training and nutrition. This is officially the stop where I get off the natty lifter train. I took these photos two nights before I started TRT. After 20 years of training, some spent well, others spent learning the hard way. This is the best I was able to produce at 35 years old. I plan on using this post as an example of what can be accomplished with an insanely dedicated year even at a high training age, and for "receipts" of sorts. I had labs drawn before starting of course and have included what sex hormones looked like for this level of leanness. (I was quite surprised here.) I knew this day was coming for quite some time, it was more of "when", compared to "if." My reasons for going on have just as much to do with facets of my life outside of lifting and my physique. I have a lot on my plate (by my own doing) and not being successful with all of it is simply not an option. I've included photo timestamps, dates, etc. as part of my "receipts" just in case anyone wants to call me out on anything. Anyway, there's my news. Aaron's no longer natural.
