This message landed in April 2025.

We’d been deep in formulation for almost a year at that point and honestly, there were moments I questioned whether we were being unreasonable.

Manufacturers told me to simplify. Use simpler actives. Go with a standard base. Cut costs. Launch faster.

I said no. Every single time.

Every girl enjoys being a little difficult sometimes ;))) — but that was because I’d spent a lot of time studying skin biology, understanding what actually moves the needle at a cellular level, and I knew exactly what this product needed to be. Settling for “good enough” was never on the table.

We reformulated more times than I can count. We rejected batches that most brands would have happily shipped. We pushed back on ingredient concentrations when we were told nobody would notice the difference...

I noticed the difference.

There’s a version of Aurabiōm that could have launched a year earlier. Cheaper to produce, easier to sell. And completely mediocre.

That version doesn’t exist because I wouldn’t let it.
The Legacy Youth Elixir you hold in your hands today is the product of every single “no” I said along the way, every reformulation and awkward conversation with a lab telling me what I wanted wasn’t standard.

Good — I didn’t want standard.

When the people closest to the development process started sending messages like the one on screen, I knew the obsession was worth it.

We didn’t build this brand to participate in the skincare market. We built it to set a standard the market hasn’t seen.
