FULL DAY OF EATING — ON A CUT 💪🏾 Started my 12 week cut for summer last week, this is my current rotation. Aiming for ~2100 calories at 170g of protein Let this be your sign that when you’re trying to lose body fat, your diet doesn’t have to be boring 😮💨 Swipe for meal breakdowns ➡️ Staying or getting lean is easy for me for one simple reason… I enjoy what I eat & I take a flexible dieting approach If you have meals in your diet that you don’t look forward to or simply don’t enjoy… REPLACE THEM You don’t have to eat boring, repetitive meals. You don’t have to cut out your favorite foods or restrict yourself. You don’t have to eat chicken and broccoli for every meal. As long as you are prioritizing whole foods & are within your calorie & macro ranges based on your goals, you have to freedom to eat whatever you like. The key when it comes to dieting is finding meals that you enjoy that you can sustain over long periods.
