
Top set on today's leg extension. This set took my soul. Extensions are a movement you can actually benefit more from if you seriously focus on keeping the quad engaged at all times. Less power from the bottom, more of a contraction than a boost from the fully lengthened range will remove momentum and you will really feel the weight throughout the whole concentric part of the movement. A nice 2 second squeeze in peak of contraction will ensure that there is no quick change of direction, will force more blood into the Quads and will also help reduce any momentum aquired.
