#SPOTLIGHTONHER | Today, we shine the spotlight on Yvonne Alozie (@yvonnealozie), an organizational psychologist, neuroscience-informed coach, author, and entrepreneur dedicated to helping people design lives of wholeness, impact, and freedom. She is the founder of Well Working and Living, a well-being and innovation company that integrates reflective writing, neuroscience, and technology to support professionals across Africa and the diaspora. As an author, Yvonne is the creator of the Healing Journal Series—a collection of guided journals that blend science, faith, and storytelling to help people process grief, heartbreak, and personal transformation. Her first mini-journal, Lessons from Love & Loss, has already touched readers across continents, with full volumes scheduled for release beginning in 2026. As a speaker and coach, Yvonne has shared her voice on stages and platforms across the UK and Africa, teaching on topics ranging from career transformation and leadership to emotional healing and women’s empowerment. She has worked with global organizations such as Standard Chartered, ALX, Booking.com, and Sisterly HQ, designing initiatives that advance diversity, inclusion, and well-being for thousands of professionals. Her entrepreneurial vision extends to building LeapAI, a culturally intelligent AI career coach that combines her neuroscience-informed coaching with cutting-edge technology to democratize access to career and life guidance. She is also preparing to launch physical wellness spaces in Lagos, Accra, and London—designed as hubs for rest, creativity, and community for a new generation of African professionals.
