Join us on June 20 & 21 for a special weekend workshop dedicated to the art of decompression and heart-centered opening with @jiminyoga In honor of this global celebration of movement, we are bringing together the structural power of the Wall Rope and the fluid grace of the Yoga Wheel. Together, these tools allow us to create space where there was once tension, and strength where there was once hesitation. Sunday, June 21 | Yoga Wheel: On International Day of Yoga, we roll into the heart of the practice. Focus on mobility, shoulder opening, and the radiant strength that comes from a balanced spine. Lead by Jimin Choi, this weekend is more than a workshop—it is a collective rise.
